The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) has successfully completed the renovation of employee comfort rooms at the Anonas, Katipunan, and Santolan Stations as part of its ongoing commitment to improve workplace facilities for its personnel at the revenue line.

The renovation project, completed in February 2025, replaced old cubicles with modern, durable facilities featuring improved sanitation fixtures and contemporary partitions. The improvements include installation of modern cubicle partitions with a sleek wood-grain finish, upgraded sanitary fixtures, improved lighting, and enhanced overall functionality.
This initiative ensures frontline personnel, including station tellers, cashiers, and security personnel, have access to proper facilities while they deliver essential services to the riding public.
The successful renovations mark the first phase of a larger initiative, as the LRTA plans to extend similar improvements to employee comfort rooms at all remaining stations across LRTA Line-2.
This infrastructure enhancement project demonstrates LRTA’s commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace conditions and employee welfare, allowing personnel to better focus on providing quality service to commuters.
