This update aligns with Republic Act No. 11032 (Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018) and Memorandum Circular No. 2019-002, dated August 13, 2019, which mandate streamlined government processes for faster, more efficient public service. By clearly outlining our service commitments, we aim to enhance passenger experience and uphold the highest standards of governance.
