This Citizen’s Charter of the Light Rail Transit Authority [click here to download] is in support of the government’s drive to promote integrity, accountability, and effective management of public affairs and assets. The aim is to establish practices and standards that prevent corruption in the bureaucracy.

Additionally, this charter aligns with Memorandum Circular No. 2019-002, dated August 13, 2019, which provides guidelines for implementing the Citizen’s Charter in accordance with R.A. 11032, also known as the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018,” and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
