The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) has reached a significant milestone in employee healthcare with the inauguration of its first-ever Dental Clinic at the LRT-2 Santolan Depot. LRTA Administrator Atty. Hernando T. Cabrera led the ribbon-cutting ceremony, accompanied by key officials and employees on January 16, 2025.

“The establishment of this dental clinic underscores our commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of our employees,” Atty. Cabrera remarked during the event. He expressed gratitude to the officials and employees for their support of this initiative and encouraged everyone to continue providing insights to management on ways to further improve the interests and well-being of our workforce.

The LRTA has employed a licensed dentist and a qualified dental assistant to oversee the clinic’s operations. LRTA employees can avail themselves of a wide range of services at no cost, including prophylaxis, tooth extractions, dental fillings, and complementary medications.
The clinic operates from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
