The Civil Service Commission awarded the PRIME-HRM Bronze Award to LRTA as one of the 49 Agencies in the Philippines which were found to be compliant with Level 2 Maturity Indicators of the four (4) core HRM Systems in the areas of Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Learning and Development; Rewards and Recognition; and Performance Management.

PRIME-HRM is a program that assesses the HRM practices, systems and capabilities of government agencies as well as entails greater engagement not just of the HR officers but also of the officials and the rank-in-file employees of the agencies. readmore...
